Double Elimination
Teams must lose twice before being knocked out. Guarantees at least two games per team, making it worthwhile for teams who have travelled to the event.
Straight Knockout
Single-elimination bracket for fast events or championship playoffs. Automatic seeding and byes when team count is not a power of two.
Plate/Shield Consolation
Teams eliminated from the main bracket enter a consolation draw. Every team continues playing, which keeps the event lively and gives more match time.
