Online payments
Entry fees are paid straight into your own Stripe account. Stripe's card fee plus a small platform fee are shown to the player at checkout — pass them on, absorb them or split them in your payment settings.
Questions
What counts as a tournament?
One event, however many divisions, days or courts it runs across. Every plan includes unlimited tournaments — a five-leg circuit is simply five events on your calendar.
How am I billed?
Lite and Pro are subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly — pay yearly and you get 2 months free. Custom and Federation plans are billed monthly. There are no setup fees.
Can I try it first?
There's no self-serve trial, but we'll walk you through a live event and set up your account so you can see it with your own data. Most organisers are live within a week.
What about Stripe and processing fees?
Entry fees go into your own Stripe account. Stripe's card fee plus a small platform fee are shown at checkout and passed to the player by default. You can absorb or split them in your event's payment settings.
Which currencies are supported?
Entry fees can be collected in AUD, USD, EUR, GBP, NZD, SGD, HKD, JPY, TWD and MYR. Plan prices are in US dollars.
We run free or charity events. Does the price still apply?
Yes, the subscription applies whether or not you charge entry. If you run a junior or community programme, get in touch and we'll find something that works.
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes. Paying yearly saves 2 months on Lite and Pro. Federations and multi-club groups: tell us what you run and we will shape pricing around your season.
What is the difference between Lite and Pro?
Lite covers events with up to 50 entrants and includes everything you need to run them. Pro removes the entrant cap and adds the merchandise store, email campaigns and the share-card and flyer tools. If your events grow past 50 entrants, move up to Pro at any time.
