Understand how our rating system works and make every match meaningful
The rating system adjusts your rating based on match results, opponent strength differences, and match importance. Winning against stronger opponents earns more points, while losing to weaker opponents costs more points.
When competing against opponents with larger skill gaps, rating adjustments will be greater. This ensures fairness in the rating system.
League and tournament matches have higher rating weights, making official matches more meaningful.
Regular players have more stable ratings, while players who don't compete for long periods may have rating adjustments.
Different leagues may have different K-Factors, affecting the sensitivity of rating adjustments. New players typically have higher K-Factors.
Player A (Rating: 1500) vs Player B (Rating: 1600)
League match (K-Factor = 32)
Player A wins
Reason: Defeated a higher-rated opponent, earning extra rewards
Tip: Competing against similarly-rated opponents is the fairest, with the most reasonable rating adjustments. Challenging higher-rated opponents carries more risk but offers greater rewards when winning!
